My twin brother who lives far away (okay it's like 3-4 hours but still) is in town for the next two weeks or so and also just talked his company into letting him go into the office once a month instead of once a week, and now he's gonna look for a house in my town. It'll be awesome!
I MADE IT INTO BLACKREACH AND BACK OUT AGAIN WITHOUT DYING YAY
I was super afraid to to try going through all of Alftand again bc the last two times I took Lydia with me and I accidentally killed her. The first time I think I got her in the confusion of alerting several Falmer with their Nord servants to my presence by shouting at an orb and summoning a dragon, and I'm pretty sure I hit her by mistake because I couldn't find her after I dispatched all the enemies, and she didn't catch up to me in the Tower of Mzark. And then the scond time we were fighting some Dwarven Spheres and she fell to her knees as usual, but after I defeated them she didn't get back up and I couldn't cast healing hands on her or interact with her in any way.
So this time I took Cicero because he's essential and also has a higher sneak level (although, HOW we didn't get detected by anything is beyond me. He never shuts up) and we made it through with 0 casualties to either of us. The enemy was not so lucky. Except maybe the ones in Blackreach. I didn't feel like taking on anything by the time we got in there. I just wanted to grab the Elder Scroll and get out. Still though. I'm getting braver., maybe next I'll be able to clear more Nordic crypts, but I'm a little concerned that all of my adventuring in the past few days has led to this:
I went to fly spray hook today on his chest. I normally give him a treat to stand still but this time I tried to ninja him and scared the hell out of him. He back up so fast and thought about going up in the air. But what made me smile was his look of belwilderment to the fly spray coming out of nowhere. I cackled and which made me laugh harder
