Can I actually move the real butt and chest balls without screwing up the legs/levelness? Either horizontally or vertically?
I shortened it with [body extension] and I didn't know if that would mess something up, for all I know it did. But changing the extension, even halving it, didn't make much difference and I'm not sure what all I can do that may or may not affect the legs.
Oh man I'll have to dig this out and finish it or something. It's been sitting in a folder and I've seriously learned a ton, also I kinda hate the face haha. I can answer my own questions now too...
You can move the butt ball horizontally and vertically and not mess anything up too much, the back legs are pretty fixed where they are and must be anchored off the knees or something so you can't really mess them up unless you actually go in and mess with them. You can move the chest horizontally but that is all you really want to do. The whole front half of the horse is anchored to it so if you raise or lower the chest, the front legs go too and make it unlevel...I tested all of this by moving the butt and chest balls in large amounts and no matter where the chest was horizontally, the legs were still even, but even just a tad moving the chest up or down made them uneven and therefore probably more of a pain or impossible to be level.
When I work on this again I'll probably just move the chest back and fix the Body Extension back to normal.
