Judging
Each entered horse will receive a score. The score is made up of two parts:
Judge's Pick- (0 - 5) /Ranking from the Judge/
Random Pick- (0 - 5) /Random # from the Generator/
Random Pick- (0 - 5) /Random # from the Generator/
The Judge judges the pose from a few aspects:
Pose
:: Levelness
:: Expression
:: Direction of gaze
:: Etc.
--- Tack
:: Does the tack fit the horse?
:: Is it in the right position?
:: Does the tack match and look professional?
Horse
:: Is the horse in a flattering pose?
:: Are the best features of the horse accentuated?
The importance of each of these aspects is up to the discretion of each judge. This simulates the varying opinions of judges in the real judging world.
The Judge will allot points be as follows:
Judge's Pick - 5 Points
1st Pick - 4 Points
2nd Pick - 3 Points
1st Runner Up - 2 Points
2nd Runner Up - 1 Points
1st Pick - 4 Points
2nd Pick - 3 Points
1st Runner Up - 2 Points
2nd Runner Up - 1 Points
If the Randomizer's outpit is, for example, 5 3 2 4 1, results would be:
Randomizer Output:
- 5 |Entry #01 gets 5 Points|
- 3 |Entry #02 gets 3 Points|
- 2 |Entry #03 gets 2 Points|
- 4 |Entry #04 gets 4 Points|
- 1 |Entry #05 gets 1 Points|
If the Randomizer's outpit is, for example, 2 1 5 3 4, results would be:
Randomizer Output:
- 2 |Entry #01 gets 2 Points|
- 1 |Entry #02 gets 1 Points|
- 5 |Entry #03 gets 5 Points|
- 3 |Entry #04 gets 3 Points|
- 4 |Entry #05 gets 4 Points|
Points from both scores are totalled together, in order to get the horse's final score. The horse with the highest amount of total points is the winner, second most is second, etc. In the event of a tie (two horse's who's final scores are the same) the horse who has the higher Judge's Pick score places above the he horse with lower Judge's Pick score.
Unless specified otherwise by the judge, horses earn points the same as all other show systems:
1st - 5 Points
2nd - 4 Points
3rd - 3 Points
4th - 2 Points
5th - 1 - Point[/div]
