FiL Farms is proud to offer some of our champion stallions up for stud! Each stallion below has a proven show record and multiple titles. Full descriptions and show records can be found by clicking their name, which will direct you to their stall page.

Each stallion is available for no more than three breedings, after that they will no longer be available for stud.

Colin is a talented western horse who can win an english hack class any day. He has one foal on the ground with a proven show record, and will throw color to all his foals.

Caesar is a well rounded paint horse stallion with a coat that catches eye in any ring. He's quick on his feet and easy to train, should produce nice working foals.

Flash is a stunning American Quarter Horse that lives up to his name. He's in the ribbons everytime he goes out to show and was a dream to train and ride.

Mare's Show Records: Beachwood Lightning's Fury @ BlueJay
Why: As I've pretty recently gotten into racing, I've been pretty obsessed with thoroughbreds. That's why I thought my first thoroughbred, Lightning, would be great to breed to Versace. Lightning is a halter champion, as well as nearly being a champion racer. She has won 3 races so far, but obviously the baby wouldn't be used for racing as a mix. I'd love to have a new non-racing horse, just to bring me back into the field of other disciplines, and this is an opportunity I couldn't pass up to do so. I've been toying with the idea of having one horse champ in as many disciplines as possible, and I think this would be a great cross in order to do so.

Why: I love this mare and she is from Hard Tack. She is a proven champion and is well on her way to being a multiple discipline champion. I would really like to continue her line with a proven stallion. As I haven't bred any of my QH's yet, I really think this is a great oppurtunity to add a new foal to that wing of our stable. We have been training hard, day and night for western pleasure, reining and halter in our QH Wing. Our show string of QH is almost ready to compete in Reining this season, which would give the grooms and trainers at home some free time to work with a new foal. I would love to add an Ajax foal to my lines, I watched him excel with not only your ranch, but his temporary handlers at Moonmist, as well. To me this is a stable minded, well rounded stud. He wasn't even effected in his show career, by having a new set of handlers work with him. I really like horses that have the the right attitude and the willingness to try anything. I think that with our WP background and Ajax Hunter O/F, we could produce a very versatile QH/Appaloosa cross that would be able to show in multiple disciplines.

Why: I have admired Ajax forever. I've him in the shows and can't help but stare. I can't go on without Ajax babies, I need his blood in my line. I swear on all that is spotty that the foal would be shown, seriously how could I keep a star from shining? As you know, I love to multichamp my appaloosas, so that would be an absolute must. I've been diving into Showmanship and trying to be more professional so maybe there? I've been kicking it in reining too, and that's an easy one! Either way, they'll definitely be out there prancing for cheer! Bunny has 65 points and is by Daveena, but she's been champed for a while. She's a serious show jumpee, but also has a little talent on the western side of things. I know her and Ajax would be a perfect pair with their multi-talent backgrounds.

Mare's Show Records: Her barn page is here. She is completely finished in dressage, jumping, in-hand, and halter. I'm just doing eventing with her now to keep her occupied between foals, and I'm considering also trying her in hunter under saddle.
Why: I've admired Orion around here for a while (and up until recently didn't know who he belonged to haha) and I really don't want to pass up the opportunity to have a foal from him. I think he's absolutely gorgeous and would be a really good match for Aurelia. I think their foal could really be something special, especially in dressage! Thank you so much for the opportunity, I appreciate it. <3

Why: I always think, that FiL stables are home of many multichamped, talented horses and Zorza prove, that 'FiL' isn't just a prefix, but sign of quality! She is great mare to work - fast, focused on rider, clever. I do her all poses in less than minute... Reining? No problem! Some gaits? Ok! She just do everything perfect. Zorza is very important horse for my - best of my foundation horses western lines. And I must find for her ideal stud! I choose Ajax, because I follow his on show ring, show offs. When you show him first time - I can't take eyes away! He's so handsome! Later I saw him on shows and now I'm sure, that his beaty connect with great character and talent.
Foal will be show in all possible western or english disciplines (Showmanship too), bred with your permission after gaining at least 3 titles with titled 2nd gen horse - Appaloosa or maybe AQH.

All above mares are approved! Which means Ajax is my first stallion off the market!

However, since I owe Moonmist stables a lot for helping Ajax be the powerhouse he is, I can reserve an extra spot for you Daveena

I'll be working on foals for the rest of the day.

UPDATE:
And the first foal of this service has been born! Meet FiL Designer Fury, a gorgeous black filly by FiL Versace out of Beachwood Lightning's Fury @ BlueJay

She's goofy and rambunctious, not unlike her father at that age! We can't wait to see what this filly foes over at MB with angora

Why: I am getting in Quarter Horses hardcore and I've always admired Caesar - he's been a stunner in all of his shows and I've been in love with him for a while. I don't have any QH mares to cross him with (my only one is taken lol) but in real life, TBs are crossed with QHs allll the time and you get some nice ones - Secretariat has more than a few lines in modern QHs bahaha. Zenyatta is one of my most accomplished mares - she's a Grade I runner, champed in In-Hand and Hunter Under Saddle and when I get through my ginormous list, Dressage will be added to that list ONE DAY haha. She's my favorite of all my mares and has thrown some fantastic foals (one's a Derby winner!) so I'm super excited to cross her with one of your QHs. The foal will be shown primarily in Western Pleasure and Reining andddd In-Hand once I get pictures. Sadly we do not have QH racing yet so that will have to wait lol.

I don't know if we're allowed to come back buuut if you ever put up Nick, I have a QH mare he is total buddies with atm [waggles eyebrows]

Why: Lotus was the first horse I hexed from you pleasure mod, Ajax had been here at Moonmist and I had fallen madly in love with the Appaloosa breed. Lotus has been champed In-Hand and is also working on getting her second title in Halter, then she'd move on to other things, like Showmanship-perhaps reining and western pleasure. I don't like to retire my horses after they've foaled, they still have so much potential and the drive doesn't go away with motherhood. I'd love her and Ajax to breed, because they are very similar in attitude, they both have that winning spirit and yet are also very gentle loving horses. They'd make an adorable foal together, who would go on to do incredible things in the show ring. The foal will be loved to pieces here at Moonmist and given proper training to become the champion that flows through it's veins. Thank you Mak for making the exception to Ajax's breeding, He is one of my favorite horses of yours. -sidenote, Titan is a big lovebug too though, he's always got me smiling, you have some wonderful horses in your barn ♥-
