Welcome to the first of four Win and You're In! races for an automatic berth into the Breeder's Cup Dirt Mile! The horse that wins this race gets an automatic berth into the Breeder's Cup Dirt Mile on SS and waives any entry fee. The rest of the horses will accumulate entry points for that race or any other BC race of their choosing.

We are on our last batch of BC preps and they promise to bring out the star power as we come to the first for the Breeders' Cup Dirt Mile. This year's edition is the strongest yet in the history of the race, with last year's winner Duality once more coming into the fold with two-time qualified superstar Skeptic, stalwarts Chime, Manu and Carrig all throwing their hats into the ring. New to the Breeders' Cup trail this year are Overdraft, a top dirt miler/sprinter for Hard Tack, Wind, a daughter of 2012 Classic winner Barbaro, and Ziva, a sharp stakes winner in open company that's known for her turn of foot. It's been pouring on this track all day, turning the dirt into a slop of soup, but that doesn't stop a full field of 14 stakes winners from hitting the track for their first shot at the Dirt Mile in October in the Forego Stakes.
The Road to the Breeders' Cup continues here on SS!
