Welcome to the first of four Win and You're In! races for an automatic berth into the Breeder's Cup Dirt Mile! The horse that wins this race gets an automatic berth into the Breeder's Cup Dirt Mile on SS and waives any entry fee. The rest of the horses will accumulate entry points for that race or any other BC race of their choosing.

Rules
+ Please post the entire form when entering
+ Up to three horses per person, will race AT A MAX OF 14 HORSES

PLEASE NOTE. When entering, COUNT THE HORSES IN FRONT OF YOU. Only 14 horses max are allowed per race - please make sure when you enter, you are not over the limit. I do not want to have DQ anyone for any reason.

Last week we witnessed a record breaking performance by Skeptic, who notched his record third spot in a Breeders' Cup race this year! The overwhelming son of Sent By Ares is absent from this edition of the Shackleford but there is no shortage of talent as a full field of 14 dirt specialists take to the track! Duality leads the way as the lukewarm favorite today followered closely by top notch handicapper Swashbuckle, crack sprinter Chime and old hat The Final Apostle, along with stalwarts Manu, Capricious and Barb and a slew of other stakes winners. Nearly every horse in the field has notched a black type win, with a number of graded stakes and past Breeders' Cup and Triple Crown/Tiara performers testing the waters for their spot in history. 14 runners will enter the gate for teh Shackleford Handicap, but only one will be able to come out on top for a spot in the BC Dirt Mile.
