This is the 1st of 7 Kentucky Oaks preps on Seeing Stars! Any points your fillies earn in this race will be put toward a place in the starting gate of the Kentucky Oaks on May 6. Only 14 horses will be allowed to enter on Oaks Day, so enter as many preps as possible to build up point counts and stats! GI and under fillies/mares may enter! GI - GIII horses will incur high weight imposts to level the field.

Any horses that competed in the 2011 - 2015 Triple Crown trails are ineligible to enter this race. See this thread for a full list of ineligible horses.

It's a soggy day here on the East Coast, with rain falling in sheets to make the track a soupy mess but that won't stop these 11 fillies from once more taking to the track as they continue on the road to the Kentucky Oaks. After a bang up performance two weeks ago by Rozlyn, who led them from gate to wire, it's a smaller but more compact field that will walk to the starting gate for this year's Davona Dale. Champion 2 year old filly Cyclone Princess is once again favored after a rough trip last time out, while Rozlyn is second choice along with top distaffer Wind, who finished a close second two weeks ago. Honestly will look to continue on improving her good form, while War Chimes, Antebellum and Armin all look to bounce back after fading trips last time out in the Silverbulletday. Class abounds as these fervent fillies take to the track, each one a stakes winner to provide one of the deeper fields seen in recent years in a Triple Tiara prep! Without a definite standout, it's still a wide open road to the Oaks as these 11 fillies enter the starting gate for the 2016 Davona Dale.
The Road to the Kentucky Oaks continues on SS!
