FiL Stables Lease Program
Welcome to the FiL Stables Lease Program. I have a lot of horses that need attention, and I don't want my horses to fall out of work and showing. So we here at FiL are proudly offering some of our top horses to be leased out to other programs. We've had great success with our program in the past, and I love the diverse training my horses get when they spend time at other farms.

Here's How it Works:
Should you be chosen to lease a horse, you will be expected to show the horse in whatever discipline it has currently been showing in. All horses have poses for some disciplines, however some horses have disciplines I'd like them to be shown in as well that they do not have poses in. These disciplines are not required, but highly suggested. Homes with experience in these disciplines will have a higher consideration in the leasing process. Leasee's are also permitted to show the horse in any discipline not listed if they feel so inclined. Each stable on here is allowed to recieve 2 horses. But feel free to apply for as many as you'd like

Annnnd while the horse is under your care, you may treat it as your own. This means breeding rights! If you are chosen to lease the horse, it means I have total faith and trust in your stable's abilities. My only stipulation is that any horse that is bred to/by one of my horses must have a title in at least 1 discipline. I also expect my prefix to be included in the foals show name. This also means that anyone who leases a restricted mod horse WILL receive the mod to hex off of while they are leasing the horse Previous Leasee Reports:

FiL Hez Looking Flashy
Flash is a 6yr old black quarter horse stallion. Already titled in three disciplines, we'd like him to nab a few more before retiring him to the breeding shed.

Dee is a 6yr old red roan appy mare, she's the ultimate pleasure horse with a few titles under her belt already; but we'd like a few more before retiring her as a broodmare

Sweetie is a 5yr old Perlino Quarter Horse mare. She's a total sweetheart, however we've let her sit far too long without being shown. She does NOT have an pre-poses, so her leasee would need to be willing to work with her. However, Sweetie hasn't entirely clicked here at FiL so potential leasee may have an option to buy at the end of her lease.

Gucci is a 4yr old Palomino roan Irish Sport horse, she is a third generation homebred mare from here at FiL.

Venus is an 8yr old Palomino Irish Sport Horse. She has titles in eventing, and is the dam of Gucci above, however we'd like a few more titles on her before retirement.

Iann is a 7yr old Knabstrupper stallion. He is almost finished in Dressage, but has tons of potential for other disciplines. His leasee will have to be willing to pose him for most other disciplines.
