Race Replay
It's a bright and clear morning here on the East Coast as the Road to the Breeders' Cup turns to the turf as the star fillies of the forum take to the grass for their own race! After an unsuccessful bid against males, 2014 F&M Turf winner Southern Dancer returns to face her own sex once again as the heavy favorite, with stablemates Bold Lady and Sorcery joining the fray. Both junior fillies are turf stars in their own right and both qualified last year with steller performances. Burning Acres' Royal Angel, fresh from her victory in Rio, returns to the BC to try her hand at 9 furlongs after winning the Mile last year; Rhapsody enters long distance specialist Serenity, who may find the mile and an eighth a bit shorter than her liking. Turn & Burn makes their F&M debut with Vixin, another marathoner that looks to cut back in distance for a shot at the winner's circle. With only six fillies going to the post, it's a bettor's nightmare but a fan's dream as the best fillies of the forum take to the turf for that first coveted spot in the Ouija Board Stakes!
