Race Replay
We move to the dirt on today's Breeders' Cup prep card with 8 horses vying for the first spot in the BC Sprint! Dual classic winner Skeptic headlines the bunch along with his stablemates Overdraft and Charisma; Charisma looks to take on males for the first time in the BC and Overdraft runs under his new Rhapsody colors as he seeks to redeem himself after a disappointing run last year. Hard Tack returns with stakes-record holder and Eclipse champion Rationalist, who has been tailing off of form as of late, and crack sprinter Dodger, son of another BC winner. Polluted Stables debuts with Landon, a first time BC starter but dangerous all the same; Burning Acres returns once again with hard knocker Ziva, and debuts new acquisition Legionaire, who most recently earned a medal in Rio. With two Eclipse winners, a Rio medalist and multiple graded stakes winners galore, it's a colorful and classy field that takes to the dirt track here on the East Coast as these 8 horses vie for the winner's circle to take that coveted spot in this year's Dr. Fager Memorial Stakes!
