One Triple Crown winner. One Triple Tiara winner. Three Eclipse winners. A Wood Memorial winner. A Florida Derby winner. Multiple Grade 2 winners. The top horses on the forum clash in the biggest race of the season as we wrap up the Carnival with the richest race in the world.
Rhapsody leads the way with Delirium, one of the best dirt handicappers on the forum and winner of last year's Wood Memorial and third place finisher in the 2018 Preakness behind Triple Crown winner Pagan. TC winner Pagan is right behind him, and the first TC winner in 6 years is looking to cement his legacy as one of the best horses in forum history as he looks to be the first TC winner to win the Dubai World Cup. Tiple Tiara winner Heretic Queen is next on the list and while she is winless since her historic sweep, she has not been out of the money and it's taken a Triple Crown and Triple Tiara winner to beat her. 2017 2 year old champ Passero is right up there with them and this speedy colt is looking to add to his Dubai acclaim after scoring in the first Al Maktoum challenge three weeks ago.. Upstart and Mesmerize are neck and neck in the betting, with both colt and filly having contested the Triple series last year, with Mesmerize nearly uprooting both Pagan and Heretic Queen in their quest for Triple History. Fulgurite is the longest shot of them all and while he has shown brilliance as a juvenile, his star seems to be fading and he looks up against it today in Dubai.
It's the race that everyone has been waiting for, as these 7 colts and fillies finally look to settle the score on who is the best on the dirt as we load up for this year's DUBAI WORLD CUP!
