Race Replay
It's the first race of the Dubai World Cup card and we start off on the grass as eight of the best turf sprinters of the forum vie for victory!
Rhapsody leads the way with 2019 2000 Guineas winner War Hero, with that speed that won him the Guineas guaranteed to be on display today with three other horses to push him to the limit. Stablemate Vice Versa will take a chance at 6 furlongs, with her wheelhouse coming a little longer but a fast pace may help her in the cutback. Dekada's Cancer will look to be a factor today after making some waves in the graded rank, while old hat Hells Bells will look to make his final Dubai appearance a winning one. Newcomer Illusion has the eye of the crowd today after scoring in his last two races and he may just be the one to tip the scales as this newly minted 3-year-old will try to send the older horses reeling. Stablemates Crescendo and Rosehill will share their odds today, with both needing to improve on their last outings to make a dent here. Windmere makes their Dubai debut with Intuition, a daughter of past Golden Shaheen winner Rationalist and current competitor Crescendo, but the perky little bay will have to run the race of her life to take down War Hero and her other rivals.
The sun is shining and spring is finally in the air as our field takes to the turf for this year's Al Quoz Sprint!
