Olympic Sponsors 
What fun would the Olympics be if all you won was medals and bragging rights?! Oh no no... This summer, we will see some of the best, and certainly the most, prizes handed out during this event than in any other event I can recall. The likes of these might not be seen again until 2024 (or ever) so, make sure you try your best during the qualifying rounds to have a shot at these!
We have a sponsor sign-up sheet located in Google Sheets. All stables/people/organizations are encouraged to sponsor the disciplines and races they like in any way they want. Common prizes may be SS, custom horses, co-breedings, exclusive breedings, pre-hexed horses, custom tack, posing services, image editing services, etc. - anything goes really!
If you want to become an Olympic sponsor, just go to the document (this link) and edit it showing what you are offering for the prize(s) and then post below (in this thread) any rules, pictures, or explanations that go along with those prizes. For instance, if you're offering a pre-hexed horse, some pictures/details/rules that apply to the horse would be posted below, and you would just say in the sign-up sheet something like: "Horsename - details in thread". NOTE: To keep this thread from being cluttered, only ONE POST PER PERSON is allowed. If you want to add more prizes/rules/etc. and you already posted, please just edit your post.
All pre-made/pre-hexed horses can be allocated to a certain placement (1st, 2nd, etc.), however, if the winner of the horse, for some reason, doesn't want it (not the right breed/mod/whatever), then they may graciously pass the opportunity onto the next highest placer! This is to ensure nobody feels stuck taking home a horse that they probably won't enjoy as much as someone else might. This also applies to customs that have been earmarked for certain breeds or mods (e.g. KWPN or Iberian). If you win something and it's just not your cup of tea, please pass it on to the next person!
Finally, any prizes like pre-made horses or SS can be sent to a mod/admin at any time if you are worried that you might not be around when the Olympics end (mid-to-late June). That way, we can ensure that the winners receive their SS/horses/anything that is ready to go right now and doesn't involve custom work. However, if you're sure you'll still be active, feel free to keep all of it with you and send it out once the winners are proclaimed.
All prizes should be added to the sign-up sheet before the actual Olympics starts, so by June 11th. Other than that, feel free to edit the sheet and add prizes whenever you come up with them.
NOTE: If you really wanted to sponsor a certain placement and you see that it has already been filled by someone, feel free to add a new line and post your prize in there too! Just because I want to sponsor Dressage 1st place doesn't mean someone else can't too

Because there are two main columns, one for races and one for disciplines, you can't just insert a whole new row, because that will mess up either the racing or the discipline main columns. First, select three cells under the discipline/race heading.

Then, go to Insert, then insert cells and shift them down (or up, depending on the cells you selected initially)

Then you'll have a new row there that you can type all your info into, and you'll notice that the other side wasn't affected at all - perfect!
