Rules:
Racehorse must be a Thoroughbred
Your horse will get stat points for the training it does
You may train multiple horses and/or multiple classical training exercises in a single post, but once a horse is capped, no more stats will be added
Classical Training:
Short Distance Breeze: 3 speed, 2 power, 1 response
Long Distance Breeze: 3 stamina, 2 staying
Breaking: 4 breaking, 2 power, 3 feel
Head to Head (racing with another horse): 2 feel, 3 tenacity, 2 courage, 2 response
NOTE:
When Horse reaches 60 points in a stat - no more points can be added to it from training. As trainers, we feel that the horse is over trained at that stat when it reached 60 points. The horse may train in the other stats though until its next stat has reached 60 points. When your horse has four stats at 60 or more, the horse requires no more training. From then on the points added to its stats will come from points given from races entered.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to fully train up your horse before you enter it in any races! The competition, even at Open Level, can be quite fierce and a horse that isn't fully trained, stat wise, can be at a severe disadvantage when it comes to racing.
*It is your responsibility to keep your horse up to date on its stats!*
Training Packages:
In order to streamline the training process and get you to the races sooner, you may request one of the following training packages, which are all intended to give you a well-balanced horse with a focus on various aspects:
Speed Training
- This training package will give your horse three rounds of every type of training except breaking (which is trained twice), plus a final round of short distance training to get your horse a maxed out speed of 60
- This training is recommended for any horse, as the key stats are important for all horses, but will more immediately benefit horses with a distance preference shorter than 8 furlongs due to the lesser focus on stamina
- A horse that undergoes this training will receive the following stat spread:
Stamina Training
- This training package will give your horse three rounds of every type of training except breaking (which is trained twice), with additional rounds in stamina and head-to-head (though this spread results in only three 60+ stats, it is a comparable stat total to speed training)
- This training is recommended for horses with a distance preference of 8 furlongs or longer
- A horse that undergoes this training will receive the following stat spread:
Competitive Training
- This training package will give your horse three rounds of every type of training except breaking (which is trained twice), with additional rounds in long distance and head-to-head
- This training is recommended for horses of any distance preference
- A horse that undergoes this training will receive the following stat spread:
Front Runner Training
- This training package will give your horse three rounds of every type of training, plus additional rounds in long distance and head-to-head (though this spread results in only three 60+ stats, it is an identical stat total to speed training)
- This training is recommended for horses of any distance preference who have a Front Runner running style
- A horse that undergoes this training will receive the following stat spread:
