It has been brought to my attention by several people now that there have been people around not quite following hexer rules, especially breeding rules. Whether it's intentional or not, depending on who the hexer is, you could have a lot of horses repo'd, and no one wants that! So, I've decided to condense the hexer's rule thread from the general section and put it here, new and (not very) improved, so that it is one of the required rule threads and therefore, disregarding any of these rules is breaking the rules of the forum.
Be sure to take a look here before doing anything big with a horse that you did not hex (breeding, MPAing, etc).
If you are a hexer, I highly recommend filling out the form and having your name added here. Comment or PM me to have it added!

Are there showing requirements?: I require only showing off for hexies, but it's nice to see these ponies in show ring. Dekada/Midgard horses must be shown in at least one discipline.
Name changes, gender changes OK?: In 1st gen hexies - both are accepted, in horses bred in Dekada/Midgard. - only name changing is okay.

Does adopter/purchaser require your permission to breed?: No. For some horses, I may ask that I potentially get a foal from them in the future, and that rule will be indicated in the email when I send the horse and/or in their profile in-game. That said, I don't have to approve any stallions/mares.
Do you prefer the horse to be MPA'ed, sent back, or other?: Please contact me prior to MPAing. I may allow you to, I may just take the horse back. I just require that I be emailed (and my email is available in horses' profiles or you can just contact me through here).
Are there showing requirements?: Show to 30 points in any single discipline before breeding.
Name changes, gender changes OK?: I generally name all horses I hex but if you have a horse with the same barn name, feel free to change it. Show names are where I like to be notified so my records can be updated. I would prefer horses not be gender-changed however you may geld stallions.
Prefix/Suffix Rules: Prefix is Three Peaks' (ex. Three Peaks' Beverly). No prefixes or suffixes may be added to horses I have hexed or bred. If you breed a horse that I hexed/bred, do not add my prefix to the foal.
Do you repossess?: Generally, no. If it was a grave violation (like if a horse file was stolen, coding was used, etc) then I will repossess. If the horse just goes inactive, I don't particularly care and won't repossess.

Do you prefer the horse to be MPA'ed, sent back, or other?: With PSLs it's always send back, with other horses I don't have any strict rules, most likely I'll agree to you MPAing or selling/auctioning him or her. However, I might want the horse myself, it's always good to ask.
Are there showing requirements?: With Conversano PSLs YES, with other breeds - not really. I am more likely to adopt/trade/gift to you again if I see the horse in the ring.
Name changes, gender changes OK?: Name changes are okay, unless specified. Gender... it depends, with bred horses I would prefer not, with hexed - isn't it easier to ask me for a mare/stallion instead?

Do you repossess?: Yesssss, if the horse wasn't ever shown off or shown and if you disappear for a very long time, it is likely that your horse (and here I mean mostly a bred Conversano PSL) is back at my stable or else with someone who wants it. The rest won't be repossessed.
Etc: My PSLs are specialspecialspecial to me, so much stricter rules apply to them.

Does adopter/purchaser require your permission to breed?: Yes. I'd like to know when my horses are being bred and who they are being bred to. In practically every case I'll allow it. If I have been inactive for longer than a month or so then my permission isn't needed.
Do you prefer the horse to be MPA'ed, sent back, or other?: MPA'ed unless otherwise noted.
Are there showing requirements?: Showing off is appreciated. Showing isn't required, but I prefer my horses going to a barn where they'll be worked as opposed to sitting in a stable.
Name changes, gender changes OK?: Name changes are allowed, and I'd like to be notified when it happens. Gender changes aren't allowed for obvious reasons.

Are there showing requirements?: Requirements are told at the time of adoption and vary greatly.
Name changes, gender changes OK?: Rules about name/gender changes are told at the time of adoption. It depends on the horse.
Prefix/Suffix Rules: RK is the prefix if I hexed the horse. No exceptions.
Do you repossess?: Not usually. I have not done it at all to date, and would only do so under extenuating circumstances.
