Welcome to Rhapsody's Spring Dressage Training Clinic!
This is a 4-day clinic, with a competition to be held at the end of each day. (Four dressage shows total!) This clinic is specifically for training level Dressage horses. In each competition, each training level horse will receive an extra 5% boost to their score. Once a training level horse has graduated up to first level, the 5% boost will no longer be applied, but they may still participate and compete in the clinic and try to gain additional levels using the usual rules for Dressage shows. For more details, please see the clinic thread, here. If you would like free poses done (if you don't have time to get them yourself before the clinic closes) there's still a few days to send them to me for posing!
Rules
♦ Up to 5 horses per person
♦ Unlimited entries total
♦ Only horses that are at the training level for Dressage are eligible! (If they've done competitions before, it's fine as long as they're still in training.)
♦ The clinic stops accepting entries on May 24th & will be held May 25th-28th
If you already have poses for your horses, you can enter into the four competitions by posting just once either here or in the clinic thread using the form found below. If you need posing done, please post in the clinic thread using the other form.
Form:
Horse's show name:
Horse's call name:
Horse's breed:
Halt pose:
Please note: I plan on enrolling some of my own horses in the clinic since the scores in the competitions will be completely random. Poses will not be ranked or judged, any horses with poses that do not conform to the basic standards outlined in the guideline will be disqualified. In a halt pose, the legs should be aligned, and level when possible (with some mods it is not possible). The body should be straight, ears aligned, and eyes forward, relaxed. The horse should not be spooky or sleepy.
